This is an old piece bought from a vendor in Kerela, who probably bought it from a family.
Description

A framed silver plaque of Satya Narayana. Vishnu is worshipped in this aspect throughout India. The divine word Narayana can be broken as Nara (man) Aayana (path). So Narayana is the path that man is supposed to tread. Satya or truth causes man to stick to that path. So Narayana is worshipped as Satya Narayana.

The plaque depicts Vishnu himself in the middle. He is flanked by a married couple and the divine devotee sage Narada on either side. All auspicious offerings used in Satya Narayana pooja can be seen in the plaque. Vishnu is seen carrying Sudarshan Chakra (discus), Panchajanya (conch), in his upper two arms, Kaumodaki (mace) and a lotus in his two lower arms. He is bedecked in beautiful jewels as is customary of him.

The plaque, framed in a wooden case has a glass cover.
