Beautifully crafted using Madhuchishtavidhana, this small bronze idol of Sri Vinayaka with a prabhavali in the backdrop exudes elegance and intricate artistry. This is a small yet very beautiful South Indian bronze idol of Ganesha. This idol is particularly special because small bronze statues with clean, clear carving are hard to come by there days. This statue of seated Ganesha comes with a detachable prabhavali (the semicircular design behind Ganesha).
The four-handed figure of Ganesha is very finely created with his usual attributes of ankush (goad) and pasha (noose) in his upper two hands and tusk and modak (Ganesha’s favourite sweet). Statue is designed with a double pedestal. Read more about Ganesha here.
