A copper idol of Siva seated on a lotus pedestal with Nandi (Shiva’s bull mount) at his feet. This is called Sukhasana Murti where Shiva is seated in Sukhasana or relaxed pose.
Siva is seen four-armed with his upper two hands holding parashu (axe) and mrig (deer) which is the personification of yajna (Vedic sacrifice). His lower hands are posed in abhaya (fearlessness granting) and varada (boon granting) mudra.
