Vinayaka Ganesha South Indian Bronze Idol
Beautifully crafted using <a href="https://www.cottage9.com/art-technique/madhuchishtavidhana/">Madhuchishtavidhana</a>, this small bronze idol of Sri Vinayaka with a prabhavali in the backdrop exudes elegance and intricate artistry. Ganesha is one of the main deities in India. This idol is particularly special because small bronze statues with clean, clear carving are hard to come by there days. This statue of seated Ganesha comes with a detachable <em>prabhavali</em> (the semicircular design behind Ganesha). <br> <br>The four-handed figure of Ganesha is very finely created with his usual attributes of <em>ankush</em> (goad) and <em>pasha</em> (noose) in his upper two hands and tusk and <em>modak</em> (Ganesha ’s favourite sweet).
